Noah is a Senior Associate at Costi Cohen, specialising in industrial and logistics acquisitions and tenant representation across Australia.

He joins the firm from JLL, where he worked within the Industrial & Logistics team, gaining direct transactional experience across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. His experience spans both sales and leasing, providing a comprehensive understanding of how industrial assets are transacted, structured and negotiated.

Noah has been involved in a number of significant transactions across Sydney’s core logistics precincts, including large-scale sales and leasing deals across the board. 

At Costi Cohen, Noah works closely with owner occupiers, investors, developers and tenants, providing strategic acquisition and leasing advice. His experience on the agency side gives clients a clear advantage in competitive markets, with insight into how deals are positioned, where opportunities arise and how to execute with certainty.
