Stephanie Vella joins Costi Cohen, as Head of Transaction Analysis and Research. As a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), Stephanie specialises in investment-grade retail valuations, transactional due diligence, and strategic advisory.

With experience advising institutional owners, financiers, and private investors across a broad range of commercial assets, she understands the critical role that in-depth research and data-driven insights play in successful property transactions.

Stephanie has held senior valuation roles at M3 Property and Urbis, where she provided market valuations, financial modelling, and strategic investment advice. She has worked extensively across retail, office, industrial, self-storage, mixed-use, and specialised residential assets, conducting due diligence for high-value transactions, preparing market rental advice, and advising on acquisition and divestment strategies.

Her appointment comes as Costi Cohen experiences rapid growth, having purchased over $110 million worth of property in the last six weeks of 2024. With increasing demand from investors, owner-occupiers, and developers, the business is strengthening its research and analysis capabilities to ensure clients continue to secure the best opportunities.
