The acquisition marks BENTINO’s third Queensland purchase with Costi Cohen in three months and its second in one week. Originally guiding $18 million, we secured this corner freehold for 28% below the initial guide. The property has been home to The Beat Megaclub for more than 40 years and occupies a prominent position within Fortitude Valley’s established entertainment and hospitality precinct. Generating approximately $900,000 in net annual income, the asset provides an established income stream from day one while its landmark position within Fortitude Valley offers strong longer-term development potential.
